Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Hummus &

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Roasted Garlic Cauliflower, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature
  • 1 Can (15-16 oz) Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ⅓ Cup Tahini
  • 2-4 Tbsp Warm Water

Chef’s Tip: Add chopped fresh herbs such as basil or parsley after blending, if desired.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until very smooth; adding water as needed to allow blending. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with assorted crudités and dippers, if desired.
