Cauliflower Rice with Ham
COOKING IS SIMPLE!
2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Cauliflower Fried Rice
1 Piece (8 oz) Smoked Deli Ham
1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, diced
Green Onions, chopped (optional)
Heat a large (12in.) skillet over medium high heat. Add ham and cook 2-3 minutes or until browned.
Add Cauliflower Fried Rice and pineapple. Cover and cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until heated through; stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with green onions before serving, if desired.
