  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life (almost) Scratch Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Tomatoes
  • Cilantro

  1. Combine (almost) Scratch Brown Rice & Quinoa, sliced tomatoes and onions to a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Garnish with cilantro.
