Brown Rice & Quinoa Burger &

COOKING IS SIMPLE!

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life (almost) Scratch Brown Rice & Quinoa Blend, cooked according to package instructions and cooled to room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Herbs
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon Zest

  1. Combine one portion of the Greek yogurt with lemon zest and herbs. Set aside.
  2. Blend remaining herbs with (almost) Scratch Brown Rice & Quinoa, yogurt and eggs. Make into patties.
  3. In a skillet, fry in olive oil.
  4. Serve with sauce.
