Asian Wok Cashew Salad &

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Asian Wok Quinoa Blend
  • 1/2 Cup Red Cabbage
  • 1/4 Cup Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 Tsp. Cashews
  • 2 Tbsp. Asian Peanut Dressing
  • Crispy Lo Mein or Rice Noodles (optional)

instructions

  1. Prepare Asian Wok Quinoa Blend according to instructions on the back of the package. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Add cabbage, mandarin oranges, cashews and Lo Mein or rice noodles.
  3. Top with Asian peanut dressing.
