  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life Mediterranean Quinoa Blend
  • 1/2 Cup Salami
  • 1/2 Cup Red Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Green Olives
  • 2 Tbsp. Italian Dressing

  1. Prepare Mediterranean Quinoa Blend according to instructions on the back of the package. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Add salami, red peppers and green olives.
  3. Top with Italian dressing.
